Ian and Mandy – Barn and Beach Engagement Photos – Burlington Engagement Photographer

Ian and Mandy’s engagement shoot earlier this summer was really, really, really great in my humble opinion.  They were up for splitting their time between a barn and the beach – my two favorite places to shoot – so I was stoked even before the shoot began.  Having only corresponded by email prior to meeting on that hot summer evening I was glad that my hunch was correct –  Ian and Mandy are so super cool.  They are legit outdoors people who spend lots of their spare time doing cool board sports like snowboarding, kiteboarding and, as you will see, paddleboarding.  You know…the stuff I kind of pretend that I do but don’t really do.  They are so super in cool in fact that their destination wedding this spring is in Whistler where their family and friends will be able to enjoy the remnant of snowboarding season.  Unique and awesome I think.  Anyway, so I clicked with these two fun loving adventure seekers for lots of reasons including the fact that their fun loving adventure seeker-ness did not go away when they were in front of the camera – it came right through no problem with no prompting on my end.  So I kind of sat back and clicked away while they laughed together over Ian’s wardrobe malfunction among other things.  PS check out his super human quad muscles revealed by the wardrobe malfunction…what up wif dat??? 🙂  So here we go….a whole bunch of my fave shots from the evening.  To the lovely couple…I’d wish you good luck and fun times ahead but you don’t need it.  xx

I'm wondering if you can tell me the location of this barn?

    Thanks so much!

This barn is at the corner of HWY 5 and Middletown Road just west of Waterdown, ON.
