Ian and Sarah – The Lakehouse Pickering Wedding Photography

I’ve been so excited to show you all Ian and Sarah’s wedding photos because it was one of my most beautiful weddings yet!  I loved every single thing that they chose…the bridal party’s styling, their gorgeous nautical venue – The Lakehouse in Pickering, the giant white weather balloons, their flower choices, the neutral palettes, the paper lanterns…everything. Sarah was a doll and let me take home one of her centerpieces, a couple of weather balloons and a whole bunch of delicious butter tarts (their favors) to use the next day for a shower I was throwing at my house for a friend.  It was also the first wedding brunch I had the pleasure of shooting/eating.  I had two giant plates of food…mmm I love breakfast.  Probably my most favorite thing about their wedding was hearing, in Sarah’s Dad’s words, a bit of their relationship story.  Ian has known for a VERY LONG TIME, that he wanted to marry Sarah, which I thought was cute because usually it’s the other way around.  Now Daddy is a preacher and would tolerate no nonsense, so at his ‘request’ Ian waited patiently for Sarah to finish school and get set up in her career as a nurse before he proposed and was finally able to make Sarah his wife.  Who knew that big oaf aka Ian could be so sweet. 🙂  Anyway, I hope you enjoy these shots as much as I do!  Love to Mr. and Mrs. Campbell.  xx

    Hey Jayme,

Great pictures. Thanks for doing such an incredible job of capturing the day for us; never intrusive but always in the right spot for the right shot. I'd highly recommend you to anyone.

Sarah and Ian, you make excellent subjects to shoot. Not hard to produce good pictures when you start with good product, in my humble opinion. I'm very proud of you.
